By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

1.1. Information You Provide Directly

When you register an account, use our services, or communicate with us, you may provide:

Account Information: Full name, phone number, email address, business name, trade license number, NID/passport number, and password.
Business Information: Store name, store address, business category, bank account details, Mobile Financial Services (MFS) account details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.), and billing information.
Service Request Information: Sender and recipient names, phone numbers, addresses (pick-up and drop-off locations), parcel descriptions, product value/price, invoice details, and special delivery instructions.
Customer Information: Name, phone number, and delivery address of End Customers as provided by the Merchant during Service Request placement.
Communication Data: Records of your correspondence with our support team, feedback, complaints, survey responses, and any other communications through our Platform, call center (09613 555 111), or email.
Identity Verification Data: Government-issued identification documents, photographs, and other verification documents submitted during onboarding or as required for compliance purposes.

1.2. Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use our Platform, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

Device Information: Hardware model, device type, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, SDK versions, mobile network information, and device IP address.
Usage Information: Pages visited, features used, time and date of access, session duration, click patterns, search queries, and interaction data within the Platform.
Log Data: Browser type and version, browser language, referring/exit pages, and crash reports.
Location Information: GPS data, Wi-Fi access points, cell tower data, and IP-based geolocation (with your consent where required). Location data is essential for our pick-up, delivery, and logistics services.

Coordinating between Merchants, Delivery Agents, and Customers to ensure successful deliveries.
Providing real-time parcel tracking and delivery status notifications.
Processing Cash on Delivery (COD) collections and fund disbursements to Merchant accounts.
Managing returns, exchanges, reverse pick-ups, and failed deliveries.
Generating invoices, statements of payment, and financial reports.

2.2. Account Management

Creating, maintaining, and managing your account on the Platform.
Authenticating your identity and verifying your account credentials.
Providing customer support and responding to your inquiries and complaints.
Communicating important service-related information, including changes to our terms, policies, or services.

2.3. Improvement and Personalization

Analyzing usage patterns to improve the functionality, reliability, and user experience of our Platform.
Conducting research, surveys, and data analysis to develop new features and enhance existing services.
Personalizing your experience on the Platform based on your preferences and usage history.

2.4. Safety, Security, and Compliance

3.1. With Service Participants

Merchants and Customers: We share necessary contact and delivery information between Merchants and Customers to facilitate deliveries. For example, Delivery Agents receive recipient contact details and addresses to complete deliveries.
Delivery Agents: We share pick-up and drop-off details, parcel information, and Customer contact information with Delivery Agents assigned to fulfill Service Requests.

3.2. With Service Providers and Business Partners

We engage trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:

Payment processing and banking partners (for COD settlements and fund disbursements).
Cloud hosting and data storage providers.
Analytics and performance monitoring services.
Customer support and communication platforms.
SMS and notification service providers.

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

3.3. For Legal and Compliance Purposes

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as outstanding financial obligations).
Deletion of your account will result in the loss of access to all services and historical data associated with your account.
Some information may persist in our backup systems for a limited period before being permanently deleted.

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by:

Using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails.
Contacting our support team with your preference.
Adjusting notification settings in your account (where available).

Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you essential service-related communications (such as delivery notifications, payment confirmations, and policy updates).
